1.2 The use of the website and the purchase of CAÏE products implies the User's knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. CAÏE PRODUCTS

2.1 The website is intended for all users who wish to purchase products from the CAÏE brand (personal care items, including hairbrushes).
2.2 Due to the nature of our products, we apply strict hygiene and public health policies. The brand reserves the right to modify products, prices, and commercial conditions without prior notice.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 CAÏE offers the following payment methods, managed by the Shopify Payments platform:

3.3 Payment Deadlines: It is essential to respect the deadlines indicated when completing the purchase:

  • Multibanco: 8 hours.
  • PayPal, MB WAY and Credit Card: 10 minutes.
  • Note: Payments made after this deadline do not guarantee stock reservation. If shipping is not possible due to lack of stock, administrative fees of €1.20 will be charged for the refund. Alternatively, you may opt for a voucher for the full amount in our store.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
4.2 Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days.
    4.3 All shipments include a tracking code for monitoring. CAÏE is not responsible for logistical delays beyond its direct control.

5. HYGIENE, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

5.1 Right of Free Resolution: You may cancel the contract up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product has not been used and retains its original characteristics.
5.2 Specific Rule for Brushes (Hygiene Item):

  • Brushes are sent with a security seal.
  • Intact Seal: We accept exchanges or refunds.
  • Broken Seal: For health safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for brushes with a broken seal or opened packaging.
    5.3 The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not refund the initial shipping costs.

6. QUALITY AND WARRANTY

6.1 CAÏE strives to ensure that the colors and features presented on the website are as accurate as possible. However, variations due to monitors or natural characteristics of materials (such as natural bristles) may occur.
6.2 All products benefit from the conformity guarantee provided by applicable law.

7.2 CAÏE undertakes to respond to complaints within a maximum of 15 business days.
