Payment Deadlines

To guarantee the reservation of your items, it is essential to respect the deadlines indicated at the time of completing your purchase:

• Multibanco Reference: 8 hours.
• PayPal, MB WAY, and Credit Card: 10 minutes.

Important: If payment is made after these deadlines, we cannot guarantee the stock of the ordered item(s). If it is not possible to send due to lack of stock resulting from non-compliance with the deadline, administrative fees of €1.20 will be applied for the refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, you can opt for the issuance of a voucher in our store, for the total value of your order, without any additional cost.
